Old Stirrat properties in Modern Hell's Kitchen

The old Stirrat's Scotch Bakery at 589 11th Avenue at 44th Street is now McQuaid's Pub.

The top two floors were raised due to severe deterioration.  The stone foundation and sidewalk cellar door are intact.

 The UPS distributions center is to the left.

The old hearth in the basement of McQuaid's now is a platform for the furnace.
